Doctors of Indian origin started helpline for corona patients

A group of Indian-American doctors from Washington, Pratt have started a free telemedicine helpline for Corona patients. Most of these doctors have their roots in Bihar and Jharkhand. The group is headed by Dr. Avinash Gupta and some American physicians of Indian origin. Dr. Gupta is the President of Bihar and Jharkhand Association of North America (BJANA).

This group of doctors is using the Internet and apps to provide free medical advice to Corona patients. Alok Kumar, a doctor associated with the group, said that it is a part of our efforts that how we can help our people at home. In the first few days, about a dozen doctors have given medical advice to a lot of corona patients. Doctors have realized that lack of information about corona in people is a major problem. In addition to counseling patients one by one, the doctors of BJANA are also organizing mass sessions to give information about various aspects of Corona.
