The name of the Israeli shows Fauda is also included in the list of foreign shows being adapted into Hindi. A few years back the production company Applause India bought the rights for the Hindi adaptation of the show. Now the curtain has been lifted from its title and cast. Directed by National Film Award-winning director Sudhir Mishra, the show will be titled Tension. It will feature actors Manav Vij, Arbaaz Khan, Sumit Kaul, Rajat Kapoor, Shashank Arora, and actresses Zarina Wahab, Ekta Kaul, and Walusha D'Souza in pivotal roles. The tension is set in the backdrop of Kashmir in the year 2017 with the bravery and bravery of the Special Security Unit.

Saharan will be presented in the form of a story. Made in 12 episodes, the show has been shot over a hundred days at different actual locations in Kashmir. Producer Sameer Nair says about the show, "Fauda, which has gained popularity globally, has always been a story set across multiple backgrounds across borders. Despite a lot of conflicts, we are excited to present the show as a new story from the human perspective set in the Indian backdrop. We are thrilled to bring this to the public with filmmakers like Sudhir Mishra and Sachin Krishna. Sachin is the co-director of the show. Tension will be released soon on Sony Liv.
