Public interest litigation has been filed in the Supreme Court against the rule of not providing equal opportunities for women to enter the NDA and Naval Academy. A bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde has agreed to hear the matter. The bench, hearing the petition on Wednesday, issued a notice to the central government seeking an answer in four weeks.
