Rashid bowls record 99.2 overs in Test against Zimbabwe

Afghanistan beat Zimbabwe by 6 wickets in the second Test to level 1-1 in the two-match series. This is Afghanistan’s third win in 6 Tests. Zimbabwe scored 365 runs in the second innings, giving Afghanistan a target of 108 runs, which Afghanistan achieved by losing 4 wickets. In the match, Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan set a record by putting 99.2 overs. He became the highest bowler in a Test after 22 years. Earlier, in August 1998, Sri Lanka’s Muttiah Muralitharan bowled 113.5 overs against England. Rashid took 11 wickets in the match.
