The new name in the list of films based on real events is now Pratikaar of 1922. The film will be based on the Chauri Chaura incident in Gorakhpur in 1922. Actor Ravi Kishan will play the role of young revolutionary Bhagwan Ahir in the film. The presenter of the film Ravi Shankar Khare told in a conversation that 'Many things in history about Chauri Chaura incident were hidden from people. This film will throw light on all those things. The film will be shot in Gorakhpur on August 16. The film was shot in a schedule of 100 days around Gorakhpur and Prayagraj.

Apart from Ravi Kishan, all the actors in the film will be from the National School of Drama (NSD), Theater, and Indian Natya Academy. All these artists will be from Uttar Pradesh itself. It is noteworthy that Mahatma Gandhi's non-cooperation movement on February 4, 1922, an angry mob of some people set the police station of Chauri Chaura in Gorakhpur on fire. In this 23 policemen were killed. Mahatma Gandhi stopped the non-cooperation movement due to the violence that took place during the movement. Despite this, the British government hanged 19 revolutionaries on the charge of this incident.
