Bidhannagar court has issued a summons in the name of Home Minister Amit Shah and asked to appear in the court on 22 February. The case is related to the defamation of TMC MP Abhishek. The court said in the order, “Shah should either present himself or send his lawyer to answer the charges.” Let us know that on 11 August 2018, Amit Shah had said in a rally in Kolkata that there were Narada, Sharda, Rose Valley, Syndicate Corruption, Nephew Corruption in Mamta Raj. Prime Minister Modi send three lakh 59 thousand crore rupees to the government of Bengal and the money was gifted to the nephew and the syndicate. While objecting to this, Abhishek filed a defamation case against Shah.
