While hearing the matter of shortage of fungus medicine, the bench made the above remarks on the arguments presented by the Central Government. This remark of the court may not have any place in Indian culture and way of life, but the remarks made in adverse circumstances have given rise to a national level discussion. The bench directed the Center to prepare a policy for the treatment of fungus and submit its report on Friday.
