Working with Anand ji reminds me of my childhood: Akshay Kumar
To produce good films, it is necessary to have a good rapport and understanding between the producer, director and the actors. A similar understanding is visible between actor Akshay Kumar and filmmaker Aanand L. Rai. Akshay is working with Anand in three films Atrangi Re, Raksha Bandhan and Gorkha. Producer Bhushan Kumar, director Aanand L Rai, music composer AR Rahman, lyricist Irshad Kamil along with actors Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan were present at the music launch of the film Atrangi Re in Mumbai on Monday night.
Sharing his experience of working with Anand, Akshay said,' Working with Anand Ji brings back my childhood memories. I have done two films with him in the last few months. We eat, drink together, fight, quarrel, get angry with each other, but when it comes to working, we forget everything and go back to work. Even though my role in this film is small, but I am happy to be a part of this film. Starring Sara Ali Khan and actor Dhanush, the film will release on December 24 on Disney Plus Hotstar.
