The tractor-trolley driver murdered the farmer with sharp weapons
A farmer carrying a tractor-trolley full of soil in village Nagra was murdered with sharp weapons. After the incident, the accused fled from the spot. The deceased has been identified as Gurpreet Singh (46), resident of village Solar Gharat. Ran Singh told that his nephew used to work in agriculture. The nephew was going from village Nagra to village Gujran with a trolley full of soil. Meanwhile, on the way, a person climbed on the tractor-trolley and attacked the nephew's neck with a sharp weapon, due to which he got seriously injured. The nephew was brought to Civil Hospital Sangrur, where he was referred to Patiala after seeing his critical condition, but Gurpreet Singh died there. Police station chief Gurnam Singh said that 7 statements of the family are being recorded, according to which further action will be taken.
