Viral video of 55 year old ITBP commandant completes 65 push-ups at one go in -30 degree Celcius temperature
The video of a jawan of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) is becoming very viral on social media and has surprised every prisoner who watched the video. ITBP Commandant Ratan Singh surprised everyone by doing 65 pushups at an altitude of 17,500 feet in -30 degree temperature. This video is from the snowy mountain of Ladakh and has been shared by ITBP on its official Twitter handle. ITBP shared this video and wrote ""Push-ups at icy heights... ITBP Commandant Ratan Singh Sonal (Age- 55 years) completes more than 60 push-ups at one go at 17,500 feet at minus 30-degree Celsius temperature around in Ladakh."

Sharing this video, Anand Mahindra wrote "This has got to be some kind of world record. 55 year old 65 push ups at 17,500 ft! I'm inspired to get off my desk and hit the floor" .
