Complaints related to electricity will be heard in Panchkula on 5, 12, 20 and 27.
Panchkula On 5, 12, 20 and 27 August, problems related to electricity will be heard by the Electricity Corporation in different districts of the state. Grievances of electricity consumers of Panchkula will be heard on August 20.
He informed that the wrong bills of the consumers of the districts falling under Panchkula zone, matters related to electricity rates, matters related to meter security, matters related to damaged meters and matters related to voltage will be settled.
Electricity Corporation spokesperson said that as per Zonal Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum Regulation 2.8.2, hearing of complaints related to financial disputes involving an amount exceeding Rs 1 lakh and up to Rs 3 lakh in each case.
