Former PUNSUP district manager Jagandeep Dhillon arrested
Vigilance has arrested absconding former PUNSUP district manager Jagandeep Singh Dhillon. Jagandeep surrendered in Ludhiana court after which he was arrested. Vigilance spokesperson said that Jagandeep Singh Dhillon was wanted in the scam of tenders related to transportation of paddy in the Food and Civil Supplies Department. A case was registered against the accused, former minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu and other accused under sections 409, 467, 420 and other sections and sections 7 and 8 of corruption in Ludhiana Range Police Station of Vigilance Bureau. The case was registered on 16 August 2022.
