The toy train from which a child died after falling at Elante Mall will be released after 3 months
The court has ordered the release of the toy train in which an 11-year-old child died in an accident at Nexus Elante Mall in Industrial Area about 3 months ago. However, the security bond is yet to be filled to get it released. In fact, after the accident on June 23, the Industrial Area Police Station had registered a case and seized the toy train. After this, the concerned contractor Sunil Goyal had filed an application in the court for its release. The police initially said that it has been seized for the mechanical report of the train.
The petitioner's lawyer Harish Bhardwaj said that however, in the latest reply given to the court, the police has said that its investigation has been done. In such a situation, the police gave no objection to the release of the train. After this, the related orders were issued. The reason behind the demand for releasing the toy train was that it had been purchased only a short time ago.
